Open a pre-addressed email to all active staff or managers (BCC).
Re-seed all three demo theaters with the original sample data. This overwrites any changes you've made.
Use the left sidebar to navigate between pages. The theater name and screen count appear at the top of the sidebar — click it to switch locations if you have more than one theater.
The header shows your current page and the active week. Week navigation arrows appear on pages that are week-based.
On phones and small tablets the sidebar collapses — tap the menu button in the top-left corner to open it.
The staff schedule grid shows one row per employee and one column per day. Each cell can hold a shift. Click a cell to open the shift editor — set start time, end time, and position.
Clear Week removes all shifts for the current week. This cannot be undone.
Print opens a print preview. In the browser print dialog, set orientation to Landscape and disable "Headers and footers" in More settings for the cleanest output.
Email sends the schedule to all active staff members who have an email on file.
Employees with a Shift Lead role appear at the top of the grid (when Roles are enabled in Settings).
Works the same as the staff schedule but shows managers. Manager shifts include a role indicator.
Close times for managers can be set per-week using the close time controls at the top of the schedule.
The Print and Email buttons work the same as on the staff schedule.
Day sheets show all shifts for a single day, formatted for posting at the theater. Select a day at the top of the page.
Print opens a clean printout that includes both staff and manager shifts for the selected day.
Availability shows when each employee is available to work during the week. Each day can be set to Available, Partially Available (with a time window), or Not Available.
Availability is stored per employee and carries over week to week until changed — it does not reset automatically.
Click any availability cell to edit it. Changes save automatically when you click away.
RTO (Request Time Off) tracks individual days that employees have requested off. Entries appear on the schedule grid as a reminder.
Use the week grid to add or remove RTO entries. Each entry can be Full Day, AM, PM, or a custom time.
The list at the bottom of the page shows all upcoming RTO entries for the theater.
The swap log tracks shift trades between employees. Each entry records who traded with whom, on what date, and what shifts were involved.
Add a swap entry to keep a record for payroll and scheduling reference.
The staff roster lists all employees at your theater. Each employee has a name, phone, email, positions, and optional certifications.
Set an employee to Inactive to hide them from the schedule grid without deleting their history.
The manager roster works the same way for your management team.
Settings lets you configure your theater name, screen count, positions, open/close times, and communication preferences.
Roles Enabled — when on, employees with roles (like Shift Lead) are sorted to the top of the schedule grid and shown with a colored badge.
Staff Communications — paste a group chat link or phone number here; it will appear in the printed schedule footer.
Changes in Settings save automatically.
